Ranking System

Due to the PvE-related projects we are developing for our guild, ranking system has seen a major overhaul. Generally, gender-specific side of ranks has gone and the range of ranks has increased. Following ranks have been established throughout the guild:

• Recruit - is not considered a member rank and has no privileges. New members who are to be interviewed, come to our guild as Recruits. If interview fails, they will leave guild; otherwise will be promoted to next rank of Initiate.
   
• Initiate - is the lowest member rank in guild, This rank grants limited access to Guild Bank. As of this rank, member is bound to learn Guild Bank rules and other regulations; and becomes full member of Lodge.
   
• Neophyte - is the second member rank with increased privileges to Invite people to the guild, Complete guild quests, and use rally banners to set Guild Rally Points in the world. They also have full access to Vanity Items Guild Bank vault. Only members who have been a member for 1 (one) month, are considered for this rank. Additionally, absence for more than 30 days, will result in demotion back to Initiate rank.
   
• Intermediate - is the rank for members who are being tested for their dedication, support and are bound to be promoted further in the guild. Only members who have been around for 3 months, can become Intermediate agents of Lodge. Members of this rank who later become absent for more than 30 days, get demoted to Neophyte and their Intermediate status resets. Intermediate agents, in addition to their former privileges can also Accept New Guild Quests.
   
• Adeptus Minor - Lowest rank for proven members, whose dedication and support to Lodge has been proven. Members of this rank and above cannot be absent for more than 30 days, otherwise they will get demoted all the way to Neophyte rank. Adeptus Minor has unlimited access to Surplus Guild Bank vault. They also Receive Guild Finder Messages from potential candidates, and thus can invite new members to guild that way. Additionally, they can Kick members of their rank, and below from guild, if necessity arises.
   
• Adeptus Major - Higher rank for proven members, who have full access to Guild Bank and limited access to Coffers. This rank is highest rank non-Officer members can get. People of this rank are trusted without question. They get privilege to Demote members of their rank and below, and Abandoning Guild Quests, if necessity arises, in addition to their previous privileges.
   
• Centurion - Officers within the Guild. These people are very important part of our guild, as they actively participate in maintenance of Guild. They have full access to Guild Bank vaults and limited access to Coffers. They can use Officer chat (as expected ), Edit Officer notes in Roster, Promote members of the rank below them, use Guild Wall, Set MotD, and Manage Guild Add-on Storage. Person of this rank cannot be absent for more than 10 days!
   
• Rector - Are same as Centurions, except that this rank is mostly responsible of training our Agents, instead of maintenance and organization works. Person of this rank cannot be absent for more than 10 days!
   
• Magister Templi - Second person in command, after Ipsissimus, and successor to her. Has all privileges Ipsissimus does. Generally oversees all actions of guild officers, helping Ipsissimus in daily guild work and negotiations. Person of this rank cannot be absent for more than 10 days!
   
• Ipsissimus - All-caring, all-powerful Guildmistress, person-in-charge of Guild.

I think it is great, I have nothing to add.

Anyway, I have a question. Is it possible to add more than four ranks?

In-game no.  Gelmir already stated that he would like to create more but it is not possible yet.

That's why he put (almost) all of us as "Adeptus Major" or something like this.

Not important anyway, the game is too captivating to bother about positions and ranks
